Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing our affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and grow revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of affiliate marketing trends, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a proven ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with affiliates.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies: Design and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing plans that align with the company’s overall marketing objectives.

  • Recruit and onboard new affiliates: Identify, reach out to, and negotiate with potential affiliates to expand our network, ensuring they align with our brand values and goals.

  • Manage relationships with existing affiliates: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with current affiliates, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance: Track key performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI, ensuring that affiliates are contributing positively to overall business goals.

  • Coordinate with internal teams: Work closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to ensure that affiliate campaigns are aligned with broader marketing efforts and that affiliates have the support they need.

  • Negotiate contracts and commission structures: Develop and implement fair and competitive compensation models that incentivize affiliates while ensuring profitability.

  • Stay informed on industry trends: Continuously monitor the affiliate marketing landscape to identify new opportunities, technologies, and strategies that could benefit our program.

  • Conduct competitor analysis: Regularly review competitor affiliate programs to ensure that our offerings remain competitive and attractive to affiliates.

  • Manage budgets and forecast revenue: Oversee affiliate marketing budgets and contribute to financial forecasting, ensuring that affiliate initiatives are cost-effective and generate a strong return on investment.

  • Prepare reports and presentations: Create detailed performance reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong track record of driving results.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs, with a focus on performance metrics and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and how affiliate marketing integrates with other strategies.

  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and analytics software.

Location

This position is offered on a remote basis. However, as we continue to grow, we may establish offices in cities where most of our team members are located to foster a collaborative work environment.

Working Hours

Typically work from 8 AM to 5 PM. Flexibility may be required based on project timelines and affiliate needs.

Reporting Structure

The Affiliate Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of affiliate strategies with overall business goals.
