Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Email Marketer to join our dynamic team. The Email Marketer will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that align with our clients’ goals. This role requires a creative and analytical individual who can think strategically while maintaining a keen eye on the details. Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and Implement Email Campaigns: Design and manage comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with client objectives and drive engagement, conversions, and revenue.
Segment and Target Audiences: Utilize data to segment audiences effectively, ensuring that emails reach the right people with the right message at the right time.
Create Compelling Content: Collaborate with copywriters and designers to produce high-quality, engaging, and persuasive email content that resonates with target audiences.
A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and layouts to continuously improve email performance and optimize key metrics.
Analyze Campaign Performance: Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
Manage Email Marketing Tools: Oversee the use of email marketing platforms and tools, ensuring proper setup, maintenance, and utilization to enhance campaign efficiency.
Ensure Compliance: Stay informed about industry best practices and regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM, to ensure all email marketing activities comply with legal requirements.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the web development, design, and SEO teams to ensure email marketing efforts are integrated and support overall client strategies.
Continuously Innovate: Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to introduce new ideas and approaches to email marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
- Proven track record of delivering successful email marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Experience with major email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.

Location
This position is offered on a remote basis. However, as we grow, we may establish offices in cities where the majority of our team members are located.
Working Hours
Typically work from 8 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility depending on project timelines and client needs.
Reporting Structure
The Email Marketer will report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing and collaborate closely with other team members across various departments.
