Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Email Marketer to join our growing team. In this role, you will strategize, create, and execute compelling email marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement, retention, and conversion. Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversions.
2. Design, write, and test creative email templates, ensuring a consistent brand voice and compliance with email best practices.
3. Manage email lists, segmenting subscribers for targeted campaigns, and ensuring data hygiene.
4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to create cohesive email campaigns.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform email marketing efforts.
7. Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant email marketing regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue) and marketing automation tools.
3. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design and familiarity with email design principles.
